In 1997 the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) released the document "Renewing the Vision: A Framework for Catholic Youth Ministry". In this document, the bishops set forth 3 goals (listed below) that youth ministry should meet. We at St. James strive to meet these goals by providing a dynamic youth ministry program that reaches out to teens where they are at, and journeys with them to Christ.
